At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to deliver exceptional vacation experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a Night All Rounder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort, providing top-notch customer service, and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security patrols and inspections to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and welcoming guests, and responding to their needs and requests.
  • Manage after-hours operations, including public area cleaning, and responding to owner requests.
  • Offer hotel facilities and services information, advise on local attractions, activities, and restaurants to enhance the guest experience.
  • Perform routine cleaning and clerical tasks to maintain the resort's high standards.
  • Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work a 7-day week roster, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Requirements:

  • Confidence in conducting security inspections and patrols.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and cash handling procedures.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
