Your role will be to provide exceptional service, maintain the resort's security and cleanliness, and ensure our guests' holiday expectations are exceeded.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct security patrols and inspections to ensure the resort's safety and security
  • Provide top-notch service to our guests, including answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the resort looking its best
  • Handle after-hours owner requests and ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and cash handling
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day week roster, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
