About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding position as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, directing, and mentoring a group of professionals in delivering safe, sustainable civil construction and maintenance projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the team in achieving project goals and objectives
  • Undertake maintenance and minor construction of roadside and drainage civil infrastructure
  • Conduct asset inspections and schedule maintenance for drainage systems, guide posts, culverts, and chemical spraying on local and RMS roads

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction or relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to obtain relevant accreditations such as ChemCert, Traffic Controller, Traffic Control plans, Safe Work Near Power Lines, and First Aid
