Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Newcastle team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of rehabilitation consultants
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance
  3. Fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  4. Identifying new opportunities for growth and development
  5. Undertaking comprehensive assessments and case work
Key Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching
