Contract Service Desk Analyst Opportunity in Adelaide
">A 6-month contract opportunity has become available for a Service Desk Analyst in Adelaide.
">This well-established organisation is known for its friendly and supportive culture, making it an ideal place to work.
">The initial contact for this role is for 6 months with the potential for a further extension.
">As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing L1 support, including password resets, account setups, printer issues, VPN set-ups and more.
">You will work to a roster answering phone calls from a queue and managing a ticket workload.
">Utilising your investigatory skills, you will determine the nature of each call while building rapport with clients.
">Following prescribed procedures and documenting your findings will also be an essential part of this role.
">To succeed in this position, you will require experience working in a Service Desk environment. Specifically, you should have knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook/Exchange and other related technologies.
">Excellent communication skills are vital, including a confident and helpful phone manner.
">Sound prioritisation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also necessary.
">Please note that Australian Citizenship is required for this federal government contract opportunity.
