About the Role

Aquatic Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of swim teachers and coaches to deliver top-notch swim school programs.
  • Collaborating with the Manager to ensure seamless operations of the aquatics team.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to students, parents, and staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track financial performance.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • AUSTSWIM Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent).
  • AUSTSWIM extension certificates (desired but not essential).
  • Previous experience as a Swim School or Leisure Supervisor.
  • History of leading large workforces towards business objectives.
  • Demonstrated business and/or marketing expertise.
  • Experience leading, reporting, and monitoring financial outcomes.
  • National Police Check.
  • Working with Vulnerable People.
  • Level 2 First Aid and current CPR.
  • Licence to work in Australia.
