Pool and Fitness Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the pool and gymnasium operations across multiple hotels.

This role requires understanding and awareness of aquatic legislation and compliance with licensing requirements.

The successful candidate will lead the Lifeguard operations and Fitness facilities to ensure maximum guest satisfaction by maintaining all facilities and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of pool and fitness operations.
  • Develop and review Workplace Instructions (WI)
  • Schedule and manage labor allocation to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain smooth operational tasks such as rostering and payroll expense management.
  • Train and provide guidance to team leaders.
  • Report on team and business performance.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service delivery and maintain presentation of facilities.

About You

  • Patron rescue/Lifeguard certification.
  • Experience in leisure and aquatic industry.
  • Strong customer service background and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional planning, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Operational management experience.
