Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong crypto knowledge to fill this Operations Analyst role. In this critical position, you will resolve customer queries and issues while serving as the first line of defense against scams, fraud, and suspicious account activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve problems and respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Investigate and monitor suspicious activity to detect and prevent fraud and scams
  • Use blockchain monitoring tools to identify and investigate suspicious activity
  • Perform investigative calls and assist the compliance team in analyzing customer activity
  • Stay updated on crypto-specific fraud trends and scam typologies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for holistic case resolution
  • Deliver an exceptional experience that builds trust and loyalty with each customer

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or fraud detection, preferably in fintech
  • Experience in financial fraud, scams, or crypto risk environments is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with customers at both technical and non-technical levels

About You:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple customer queries or issues simultaneously
