We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team at Mane Consulting, a leading data-driven industry leader. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the analytics team in providing business insights and analytics support to diverse cross-functional business units.
  • Partner with operations to drive operations improvement through metrics and strategy.
  • Oversee the customer survey program (NPS) and vendor management.
  • Advises on and recommends desirable operational adjustments and interprets variance.
  • Completes individual analytical projects in a satisfactory manner given abstract project guidelines.
  • Implements analytical approaches and methodologies and assists in the interpretation of results.
  • May collect and analyze external market data to provide benchmarks for comparison purposes.
  • Presents findings to management for use in decision making and strategic planning.
  • Cross-function collaboration with other departments within the company.
  • Identifies areas of strategic focus and develops analytical approaches and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Advanced SQL, R, and Data Visualization skills (preferably Power BI).
  • Digital Analytics (Adobe) experience preferred.
  • Capable of building complex SQL queries using store procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently to assess and resolve issues.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data/concepts and explain them simply and concisely to various levels of management.
