Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
