Ecommerce Support Specialist Role

Are you an experienced ecommerce professional looking for a part-time opportunity? This role involves maintaining our website, overseeing inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a WordPress and WooCommerce platform, including plugin updates, product listings, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Inventory management: stocktakes, order placement, and restocking bundles.
  • Order fulfillment and warehouse tasks as required.
  • Administrative duties: generating reports and setting up promotional codes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintaining a WordPress and WooCommerce platform.
  • High level of computer literacy, including MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO best practices.
  • An appreciation for quilting and sewing is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
