Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead digital delivery initiatives. As the lead, you will be instrumental in streamlining processes, optimizing agile methodologies, and ensuring digital solutions meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include enhancing digital experiences, leading collaboration, mentoring team members, aligning communication, and managing resource and change management.

You will also deliver design reviews, implement agile best practices, optimize workflows, and embed risk management and reporting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital delivery, project management, or a similar role within a digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading agile teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex landscapes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, web applications, and digital technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
