Store Operations Manager

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising daily store operations.

Key to your success will be supporting and developing your team to ensure outstanding service is being provided to our customers.

  • Our stores are the face of our brand, and we expect our managers to embody our values and lead by example.

  • Whether it's coaching, mentoring or simply being a sounding board, as a manager, you will play a key role in helping your team members grow and develop.

  • You will also be expected to live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for our customers.

  • As a safety leader, you will provide a safe work environment for yourself, team members and customers alike.

  • Responsibilities will include opening and closing the store, managing stock and inventory, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

While previous retail experience is highly desirable, we are open to receiving applications from people without industry experience. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, take on new challenges and adapt to changing situations.

We value flexibility and would consider applicants with varied availability. A valid driver's licence is also a must.
