Job Title

We are seeking a talented Store Management professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supervisory roles, preferably within the retail or trade industry.
  • You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations effectively.
  2. Cultivate and develop your team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
  4. Set a positive example at all times and maintain a professional demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for the next step.
  • Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license are essential.
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling heavy products.
