  • Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management and merchandising
  • Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high team engagement levels
  • Helping to manage sales targets and store performance
  • Contributing to the development of a safe, inclusive and efficient store environment
  • Couching and supporting team members to foster a positive and productive workplace

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • A hands-on and proactive approach to store operations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative leadership style focused on development and results
