Creative Director

We are seeking a talented designer to oversee our Jersey Tops category. This exciting and creative position will deliver captivating collections that perfectly align with Forever New's signature beauty and elegance, while ensuring 'finger on pulse' of emerging trends.
- This role involves designing, driving and developing beautiful commercial collections and ranges
- Demonstrating broad awareness of competitors and external trends, identifying missed opportunities and trends working with the buyer to potentialise sales and profit
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high performance in a fashion business, skilled in visualising design concepts (by hand and/or PC/MAC) and possess strong technical knowledge and garment construction skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Designing commercial collections and ranges
- Developing designs based on trend forecasts and competitor analysis
- Presenting designs to buyers for approval
- Collaborating with the fabric team to develop fabrics and materials
- Ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years' work experience as a womenswear Designer
- Proven track record of high performance in a fashion business
- Skilled in visualising design concepts (by hand and/or PC/MAC)
- Creative talent and high attention to detail
- Strong technical knowledge and garment construction skills
