About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthX. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our industry-leading Registered Nurse (RN) Sponsorship Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical, patient-centered care to patients in a regional setting
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date with best practices in nursing
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of two years' full-time, post-qualification experience as a Registered Nurse within the last 5 years
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience providing clinical, patient-centered care
  • A thirst for new adventures
  • Experience or background in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health would be well regarded but is not required
