Food Science and Technology Specialist

Responsibilities:- Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of teaching programs in Food Science and Technology.

- Assess and provide feedback on student work, contributing to curriculum design and content development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Apply health and safety standards and supervise practical classes and research students as required.

- PhD in Food Science and Technology or related discipline.
- At least two years of post-doctoral research or industry experience.
- Demonstrated high level teaching skills and reflective approach to teaching delivery.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical theory and contemporary educational practice.
- Ability to undertake unit coordination role.
- Ability to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
