Job Title: Key Performance Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced contract professional to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end contract processes, including performance, fuel levy, and rise and fall calculations.
  • Administer and analyze fuel levy processes for subcontractors and contractors, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide analytical review and insights into proposed terms and conditions for new contracts, supporting commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including customers and contractors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on contractual, commercial, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure smooth contract management, from creation to closure.
  • Administer the fuel levy process for subcontractors and contractors.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of proposed terms and conditions for new contracts.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in contract analysis, commercial analysis, or similar roles.
  • Proven attention to detail when working with complex data, contract terms, pricing calculations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to create and troubleshoot formulas to support contract calculations and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating with stakeholders across departments, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of contract obligations.
  • Solid background in commercial analysis, including interpreting data, reviewing proposed contract terms, and supporting negotiations with actionable insights.
