Effective contract management is critical to our success, and we are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to lead this effort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing contract relationships and performance outcomes between us and our contractors.

This permanent role provides contract management support across our four mining operations. You will be part of a service-driven team that is passionate about creating enduring value beyond mining.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in contract development and administration, with experience in developing and managing a broad range of goods, services, and works contracts.

You will lead negotiations and provide input into the development, implementation, and management of contracts, working closely with key stakeholders to review and develop category management strategies.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in supply chain management, has a strong understanding of commercial risks, and can work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining, resources, and/or construction industries.

Please note that this role involves a 9-day fortnight roster at our corporate office.
