Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily dispatch activities to meet courier schedules.
  • Act as the first point of contact within the dispatch team for workflow allocation and troubleshooting.
  • Guide and support dispatch team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in monitoring daily workload and team performance.
  • Print shipping labels, verify order details, and ensure correct packaging and documentation. Liaise with courier partners for pickups, delays, and exceptions.

**Requirements:**

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or guiding teams is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of courier platforms, shipping processes, or freight handling preferred.
