Job Summary:

The Dispatch Coordinator position plays a pivotal role in our business, responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the dispatch of products to ensure exceptional customer service.

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team as a Dispatch Coordinator, working 38 hours per week with flexibility. You will have access to a competitive remuneration package, including health and wellbeing initiatives, and ongoing learning and training.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and control the dispatch of goods from our site
  • Lead and control inventory integrity within the site warehouse, ensuring accuracy of stock holding at all times
  • Develop load manifests for dispatch operators
  • Accurate data entry in dispatching orders and expediting for incoming orders
  • Liaise with customer service, sales, and operations teams, along with third-party transport providers
  • Uphold high safety standards on site, particularly related to transportation, Chain of Responsibility, and Load restraint compliance

Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated team player with the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being punctual and maintaining accuracy
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office, SAP, and WMS or similar ERP systems
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration with departments and teams
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work within the team
  • Commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others
