  • Lead operational and professional nursing leadership for medicine and emergency portfolios, shaping clinical governance and coordinating service delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in healthcare team communication and data analysis, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes across various wards, including Macleay Ward, Canaipa Ward, High Dependency Unit, Dialysis Unit, and Level 4 Emergency Department.
