We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As our State Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth in the Consumer Electronics division. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Managers, Store Managers, and Key Proprietors;
- Coordinating sales activities and promotions to drive product adoption and sales growth;
- Mentoring and developing the field team to ensure they have the skills and competencies needed to succeed;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary education, including a college diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications;
- A minimum of 10 years' experience leading a field sales team, preferably in the consumer electronics industry;
- High-level business acumen, including strong communication, presentation, listening, influencing, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to coach, mentor, and delegate effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
