
IT Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide technical support and assistance to staff.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining knowledge articles, escalating system and software issues as needed, and providing training and guidance to junior team members.
The successful candidate will have experience managing incident, requests, and problems in accordance with defined processes and service level agreements. They will possess strong communication skills, be able to resolve incidents and problems through analysis and diagnosis, and have experience successfully installing, testing, upgrading, decommissioning, supporting, and troubleshooting hardware, systems, and other authorized equipment.
