Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our kitchen department, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene and quality while ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with ordering food items according to business needs and demands.
Prepare and present menu items with variety and flair, within cost margins specified by the hotel.
Implement and maintain stock control procedures to minimize wastage.
Maintain clean and tidy working areas, ensuring all equipment is serviced and cleaned.
Ensure consistent and quality food production.
Meet all health and hygiene requirements.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Demi Chef.
Hold a current trade qualification.
Proven ability to work with a team, follow instructions, and multitask.
Passion for food production and presentation, with high standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
Excellent communication skills.
Working understanding of and ability to maintain food safety standards.
Strong attention to detail.
