Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and innovative approaches to facilitating industry compliance with the Energy Legislation.
  • Deliver targeted compliance and monitoring programs to ensure effective enforcement of the Energy Legislation.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the regulatory framework, including monitoring and compliance policies, programs, procedures, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Engage with industry and regulatory officers to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
  • Strong understanding of the Energy Legislation and its application in the Northern Territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
