About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Manage inventory, including food, beverage, and merchandise
  • Prioritize financial and operational efficiency while delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and train new staff members to achieve team success
  • Counsel and coach existing staff to enhance their performance
  • Organize weekly rosters and time-management for hourly team members
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance throughout the restaurant
  • E nsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security regulations
  • Foster strong community engagement and commitment
Critical Skills & Certifications:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a senior management role in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and guest communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Able to inspire cooperation and teamwork through confidence, positivity, and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in basic computer technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office programs
  • A strong commitment to serving the local community
  • Acts with integrity and treats others with respect
  • Familiar with local liquor licensing laws and holds a valid RSA certification
  • An Australian resident or current work visa holder
