Restaurant Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled restaurant leader to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic and dedicated staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant environment is required.
  • You must possess a valid RSA certification and have intermediate knowledge of liquor.
  • Experience in maintaining budgets and understanding of financials, profit & loss, and working towards company objectives and KPIs is essential.
  • You should be results-driven with a proven ability to demonstrate previous KPI achievements.
  • Exceptional communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers.

  • Full-time availability is mandatory.
  • The ability to work rotating rosters and public holidays is required.
