Restaurant Operations Lead

A strategic opportunity exists for an experienced leader with exceptional customer service and management skills to spearhead our chain of restaurants.

The Role:

  • Pioneering leadership, coaching, and development of our restaurant managers and their teams
  • Maintaining sales growth targets across all locations
  • Evaluating, monitoring, and improving restaurant operations, ensuring consistency and a customer-centric culture
  • Establishing network capabilities by ensuring restaurants are optimized for success through reporting and analysis, training, and implementing processes in line with company standards
  • Nurturing relationships with the network to foster a culture of transparency and unity
  • Collaborating with the General Manager on operational coordination of new restaurant openings and training new restaurant managers

About You:

We seek someone who is hands-on, fast-paced, and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar leadership position
  • Multi-site management experience
  • QSR or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate diverse situations and styles
  • Able to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Commercially aware, composed under pressure, and objective
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus
  • Self-motivated to achieve results and deadlines
