About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and organized Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our East Fremantle location. This is a key role that requires someone who can bring structure to busy environments, enjoy finding better ways of doing things, and has a natural ability to coordinate moving parts and people with calm confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service
- Manage staffing, training, and performance support
- Coordinate minor venue maintenance and supplier relationships
- Support implementation of systems and procedures
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, and operational processes
- Provide regular reporting and feedback

About You
- Experience in venue, hospitality, wellness, or retail management (or similar)
- A love of people, conversation and community
- Excellent communicator and natural problem solver
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Comfortable using digital platforms
- Calm under pressure, flexible, and solutions-focused
