About Our Mowing Operations Team Leader Position
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a skilled team of professionals in maintaining and enhancing green spaces across various commercial and council-controlled open space sites. As a Mowing Team Leader, you will oversee and manage our mowing operations, ensuring high standards of lawn maintenance and addressing any issues promptly.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop team members, and a valid White Card. A valid Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Mower Operators to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Actively participate in mowing and groundskeeping tasks alongside your team.
- Inspect sites regularly to maintain high standards of lawn maintenance.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain and repair mowing equipment as needed.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with your team and other stakeholders. You should also have a valid Driver's license and be willing to undergo training if necessary.
