Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our premium cocktail menu. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional service, creating innovative cocktails, and managing labor and costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a premium cocktail menu that delights guests and elevates their experience
  • Manage labor, ordering, stock control, and cost management to drive profitability
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team to consistently deliver outstanding products and guest service
  • Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of international and Australian wines, with a WSET certification preferred
