National Training Manager

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) function. This role involves ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement across Safety and Pre-Trade Technical Training teams, and overseeing the Institute Workshop and Safety Training team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage RTO compliance, scope, and quality across WA and NSW
  • Conduct internal audits and implement improvements with the L&D team
  • Oversee the Institute Workshop and Safety Training team
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management across RTO, Safety & Pre-Trade teams
  • Drive digital transformation including aXcelerate, online assessments, and record digitisation
  • Liaise with ASQA, DTWD, and key internal/external stakeholders

This position requires proven leadership skills, experience in RTO management, and knowledge of the National VET Framework.

Requirements
  • Proven leadership across multi-functional teams
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment coupled with relevant RTO experience
  • In-depth knowledge of RTO management and National VET Framework
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
