System Support Role

This position ensures the reliability, stability, and efficiency of trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor IT platforms, investigate alerts, resolve incidents, and ensure system run continuity.
  • Provide application support to traders for pre-trade, trade life cycle, post-trade, pricing, Greeks, VaR, valuation.
  • Collaborate with global support teams to resolve issues within a Follow-the-Sun model.
  • Contribute to operational procedures, maintain monitoring tools, and document recurring incidents for continuous improvement.
  • Share insights, propose enhancements, and support system release activities.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in IT Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in IT application support within trading environments.
  • Strong understanding of trading workflows; exposure to derivatives is beneficial.
  • Solid technical background in Windows environments, SQL, and scripting.
  • Experience in monitoring and supporting large-scale IT systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with resilience and initiative.
