As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of CHW's long-term strategic direction. You will facilitate the process for setting the organization's vision, mission, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and development of CHW's Corporate Plan, Business Plan, and other strategic documents. This includes developing and implementing business plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and managing organizational change.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve CHW's goals and objectives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Managing organizational change and ensuring effective communication throughout the process
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key initiatives
