Job Description
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and manage multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver high-quality outputs, meeting project requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions that meet design review processes and quality standards.
  • Monitor project performance and provide feedback to team members, promoting growth and improvement.
  • Coach and mentor engineers and draftspersons to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide technical support and input for proposals, presentations, and marketing activities.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • 10 years of postgraduate experience in civil engineering or a related field, with expertise in rail projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, including client interactions and design delivery.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering, with membership of Engineers Australia (CPEng) desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional knowledge of engineering designs and calculations.
  • Experience in design and project management, with ability to lead teams and make decisions.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
