Senior Housekeeping Manager

**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced and skilled housekeeping professional to lead our team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Establish and implement operational procedures and standards to ensure excellent results.
Manage the hiring, rostering, and performance of employees to maximize productivity.
Train and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Coordinate activities of the housekeeping team to achieve set goals.
Inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met and maintained.
Work closely with all departments to ensure hotel presentation is exceptional.
**Requirements:**

Extensive experience in a similar position, preferably with leadership experience.
Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
