Key Role Summary

This is a vital leadership position within our housekeeping department, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for new and existing housekeeping staff.
  2. Ongoing coaching and support to enhance staff skills and performance.
  3. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction.
  4. Maintenance of accurate records of housekeeping activities.
  5. Preparation and presentation of reports on departmental performance.
About This Opportunity

We seek an experienced leader who can deliver excellent service in the hospitality industry.

  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field would be highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
