About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Program Manager to join our team at Queensland Health. As a key member of our Critical Care Research Group, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operationalisation of research studies both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced coordination of research tasks within a complex and interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at a facility and health service level, as well as with research, academic, and private enterprise.
  • Apply high-level knowledge of quality assurance methodologies to ensure projects are conducted in accordance with legislative, policy, and procedural requirements.
  • Prepare timely and relevant written briefs, presentations, and information papers for stakeholders on strategic issues.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to positively engage, build, and nurture productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide advice to senior management and clients on a broad range of issues related to research projects.
  • High-level knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including risk identification and management.
