Position Overview:
This is a part-time opportunity to become an integral part of our research team at Icon Research. You will gain valuable experience in both early and late-phase clinical trials, utilizing advanced technology in the fields of Oncology and Haematology.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a background in either:
- Extensive experience in Oncology or Haematology nursing, pharmacy, or clinical trials
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant health sciences or allied health, complemented by hands-on research experience
Role Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a variety of key responsibilities, including:
- Providing comprehensive support to Principal Investigators in the execution and daily management of clinical trials
- Overseeing the clinical trial portfolio, which includes coordination, recruitment, and education for participants and team members
- Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice, the NHMRC National Statement, and Icon policies during the research process
- Contributing to the financial oversight of the unit to guarantee timely tracking of trial participants and submission of payment data
- Maintaining effective communication with trial participants to ensure proper scheduling and adherence to trial visit requirements
- Actively participating in meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Attributes:
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of independent problem-solving. With relevant research experience, you will effectively manage your tasks and foster strong relationships with various stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
