Position Overview:
This is a permanent part-time role offering the chance to be part of a dynamic research team. The successful candidate will work at the forefront of clinical trials, gaining invaluable experience in early to late phase research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Principal Investigators in the management and execution of clinical trials.
- Oversee the clinical trial portfolio, including coordination, recruitment, and education for participants and team members.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and relevant policies throughout the research process.
- Assist in the financial management of the unit, ensuring timely tracking of trial participants and submission of payment data.
- Maintain effective communication with trial participants to ensure adherence to trial protocols and attendance at visits.
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss trial progress and strategies.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in oncology or haematology nursing, pharmacy, or clinical trials. A tertiary qualification in health sciences or allied health, coupled with hands-on research experience, is preferred. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
