We are seeking a skilled Funds Associate to join our growing practice in the Cayman Islands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global firm renowned for serving top-tier clients, handling high-quality matters while being supported by a highly successful and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on structuring, establishing, and operating fund products.
  • Review transaction documentation from a technical perspective across various structures and jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, draft, and negotiate fund documentation and agreements.
  • Manage transactions end-to-end with efficiency and precision.
  • Engage with clients, building strong relationships.
  • Participate in business development, promoting the firm and identifying opportunities for new work and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate within a team, supervising junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years PQE in investment funds, ideally from a leading law firm.
  • Strong academic background with exceptional written communication and drafting skills.
  • Outstanding technical expertise and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, thriving in a team environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward business development.
