About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to prepare pitch books, discussion materials, and strategic financing dialogue with financial sponsors.
  • You will support senior team members in dialogues of financing transactions, including structuring, valuation analysis, and peer analysis.
  • Your key responsibilities will include coordinating relationships with Financial Sponsor clients across Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.
  • You will ensure seamless coordination with different sponsor relationship teams, including FI, LAF, and Sector Coverage.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience at a leading Bank or Non-Bank Financial Institution.
  • Excellent analytical skills, robust credit base, and strong financial analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modelling.
  • Possess an understanding of financial and economic markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage in independent research and analysis of customers and markets.
