About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team at Icon Group. As a Pharmacy Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality oncology pharmacy services, and leading a team of pharmacists and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operational and dispensing activities in the pharmacy
  • Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of the pharmacy's services and resources
  • Plan daily, weekly, and long-term goals, while maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Coordinate rosters and workload allocation
  • Lead, train, and support your team
  • Be accountable for financial and human resources management of the pharmacy department
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registered pharmacist
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered pharmacist in an Australian hospital pharmacy
  • Demonstrated experience in management or team leadership roles
  • Strong ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
  • A high level of planning and organisational ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The capacity to address client needs with sensitivity and professionalism
