Home Care Assistant Role

At KinCare, we strive to provide exceptional care services that empower individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives. Our home care assistant role is designed to support the most vulnerable members of our community in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance and social services to clients, including cooking, cleaning, gardening, and transportation.
  • Review client care plans to understand their goals and needs.
  • Use an app to track important information and identify potential hazards to ensure client safety.

Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual with experience working in the aged care sector. A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly desirable. You will also need to possess a strong desire to help others, a friendly personality, and good relationship-building skills.
