Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Weather Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative weather-focused content.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for storytelling and delivering high-quality news programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling weather stories and graphics for live broadcasts
  • Work closely with meteorologists, presenters, and other team members to develop engaging content
  • Research and write weather-related articles and scripts
  • Coordinate live broadcasts, including communicating with hosts, reporters, and guests
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of live shows
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in television production, preferably in a live news setting
  • Strong knowledge of weather forecasting and presentation techniques
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Quantel and ENPS software is desirable
