Job Overview

This role is a unique opportunity to grow and develop your skills in lending assurance, with a strong focus on reviewing, analysis, and providing insights across the credit lifecycle. You will be working closely with the Risk Department to maintain the quality of our loans portfolio and the enterprise-wide assurance framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review lending files at various stages of the credit lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and policies.
  • Conduct targeted reviews based on trends analysis and/or hot spots.
  • Investigate and provide feedback on Lending Fraud Referrals.
  • Effectively communicate feedback and review results to employees.
  • Identify risks and control opportunities.
  • Regularly analyze, report, and observe the lending process, policy, products, and strategies.


Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of credit-based activities throughout the credit lifecycle.
  • Awareness of commercial risk management principles, policy, and procedures.
  • Analysis and reporting skills with the ability to draw insights.
  • Attention to detail and fraud awareness.
  • Ability to complete work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and work with other Business Units and all staff.
  • Knowledge of key compliance requirements.
