Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist">

This role involves working in a team to review and analyze lending files at various stages of the credit lifecycle. The goal is to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and organizational policies.

Key responsibilities include reviewing lending files, conducting targeted reviews, investigating fraud referrals, communicating feedback to employees, identifying risks and control opportunities, and analyzing reporting data.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of credit-based activities, analysis and reporting skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills.

Other qualifications include awareness of commercial application of risk management principles, knowledge of key compliance requirements, and proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
