Job Opportunity

The Role is to provide high-quality care in accordance with guidance given and work delegated by registered nurses.

The job holder will ensure a person-centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective, ensuring quality strategy.

We are comprised of acute services, corporate services, and health and social care partnerships providing integrated primary healthcare and social care services to local communities.

What we Need from You

  • Skill in healthcare or equivalent experience working within a caring environment/role
  • Able to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to carry out assigned patient care tasks effectively within a busy environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Participate in the Personal Development Plan process to fulfill continuing professional development requirements
  • Working knowledge of basic information technology

Please note that for vacancies requiring a driving licence, it must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.

It would be advantageous to have previous experience in a community healthcare setting, evidence of continuous personal development, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

This role is permanent, full-time, and 37 hours per week. The location will be Primary Care Services - Lanarkshire within Clydesdale Locality. The working pattern will be shift work.

The successful candidate may be considered for similar vacancies in alternative locations.
